| Historic Restoration of Inn of Exeter under way, Exeter NH | Cobb Hill Construction is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Haycreek Hospitality to manage a major renovation of their historic Inn of Exeter. The inn, located in Exeter New Hampshire, is the second historic renovation project that Cobb Hill will have completed for Haycreek Hospitality. The project is expected to be finished by mid-June 2008.
The renovation of the forty-six room Inn will include; new tile showers, custom finishes, granite counter tops, and custom-made tabletop vanities. Additionally, a completely renovated bar area will be incorporated into the common area, and many walls will be torn town to create a more open and spacious atmosphere. The project will preserve the original architectural details of the building while incorporating modern day technologies.

| Havenwood-Heritage Heights & Cobb Hill Kickoff 2008 Renovation Projects, Concord, NH | Havenwood-Heritage Heights is on the move again to make quality improvements to it's living and amenity areas on both campuses this spring. Cobb Hill Builders has been selected once again to partner with H-HH. A total of 12 living units will be renovated this spring and two new storefronts will be added to Havenwood's Main Street.
At Heritage Heights a pilot program began last year to expand kitchens and add a washer/dryer and dishwashers the residence units. This program will continue this year for an additional 6 one bedroom units and 2 two bedroom units.
In addition, the Gingko Court Community Room will be converted into a two-room lodge with kitchenette features. Some units will also be combined to create a second two-room lodge with a kitchenette.
Along Main Street, just across from Scoops, a new restaurant and gathering room called “Happenings” will be added. On Dogwood Court, across from the “Corner Pocket” residents will have a new movie theater/multi-purpose room added.

| NH Motor Transport, Concord, NH | New 10,000 square foot commercial office building on Henniker Street in Concord, NH. NHMTA is going to occupy approximately 7,000 square feet and lease the additional 3,000 square feet.
The building is one story with a partial basement for storage. The gable roof line is enhanced by two covered entries and the dormer at the bump out for the board room. The exterior material is vinyl siding with the addition of cultured stone below the window line at the entries and board room bump outs. The interior will provide private offices, open workstation areas, a document work area, staff kitchen, training room for 50, board room for 26, and lease space for tenant fit-up.
The project is scheduled to be complete in 26 weeks.

| Bow Highlands, Bow, NH | Bow Highlands,a 42 unit condo developmentin Bow, NH has begun construction and the first building is complete. This hillside development has spectacular views looking east with more views looking north and south.
The condos are divided into blocks of 6, 7 and 8. Each one will consist of a living/dining room, kitchen and a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. The master bedrooms will feature cathedral ceilings. All units will have porches at the rear off the kitchen and walkout basements. | Winnipesaukee Lake House Reno & Addition, Governor's Island, Gilford, NH | | Cobb Hill has begun construction on this outstanding, one-of-a-kind lake house on Governor?s Island. Plans include renovating the entire 6,700 sq. ft home including: living room, family room, sitting room, study loft, dining area, kitchen, media/game room, 4 bedrooms, 5 baths and a powder room.
We will be adding a 792 sq ft three-car garage and a 1,350 sq ft two-story addition. The addition will include a master suite with a custom built spiral staircase that will lead to a second story tower study.
The entire house will feature coffered bead board ceilings, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood flooring, and ceramic tile. All bathrooms will have jacuzzi tubs.
Complete mechanical and electrical systems will run throughout the home utilizing high velocity A/C and mood lighting.
Two masonry fireplaces will be built with Elkor fire logs. All windows and doors will be replaced with custom doors and Marvin custom windows.
The exterior will include 5 Brazilian hardwood decks with steel ornamental handrails, extensive hardscapes and veneer masonry.

| Manchester Renovation & Addition, Manchester, NH | Extensive interior and exterior renovations on this 5900 sf Manchester home are nearing completion . Improvements include all new exterior finish using EIFS stucco with cast stone window details and wrought iron railings. Three chimneys have been capped with copper and surrounded by composite slate tiles and other unique copper flashing details.
All existing windows were replaced with custom arched tops and some have been surrounded by cast stone. Elaborate interior finishes include all custom oak trim and new oak plank floors with decorative pegs. New custom built cabinets and commercial grade appliances grace the large open kitchen.
Both the large kitchen and master suite feature oak coffered ceilings with fluted columns.
An existing sun room was removed to make room for a larger sun room, a 3 car garage and the new kitchen.
