This new 6500 sq/ft home is tucked away on a small body of water in Hollis, New Hampshire.

The project leveraged Cobb Hill's ability to put together a detailed pre-construction game plan to ensure the homes foundation and footers were able to be placed while maneuvering large equipment on a tight lot.

This home new ground-up home features a number of unique add on's including 5" hand-scraped hickory hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, high end appliances, and a new closed loop geothermal system. A closed loop geothermal system consists of underground piping loops that are filled with an substance similar to antifreeze that work to transfer the ground temperature to the geothermal heat pump.
