Friends Program Auction Shaker Chest a Big Hit

The 10th Annual Friends Program Auction Features a Shaker Chest Designed by NH Furniture Master David Lamb.
For the past 10 years, Cobb Hill has built or assembled the auction items as part of our support of the Friends Program.

This year, David Lamb's design is a traditional Shaker style blanket chest, which the artists have beautifully painted.  The 18 chests were constructed using medium density fiberboard (MDF) and pine.  The MDF was donated by National Lumber and pine for the trim was donated by Jackson Lumber and Millwork. MB Signs cut out all of the pieces on their CNC machine and Cobb Hill made the final cuts and assembled the chests and installed hinges and lid closers after the artists had finished their paintings. 
The final pieces are simply amazing!! 

The auction will be held on May 21st at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord starting at 5:00 PM.  Please plan to attend. Visit the Friends
