CATCH Holds Ground Breaking Ceremony at Bow Highlands

The Concord Area Trust for Community Housing (CATCH) held a ground breaking ceremony at their new Bow Highlands project on May 20th.  Although Cobb Hill has construction is well underway, the ceremony was held with local dignitaries and several speakers.
