Cobb Hill Awarded 100% Energy Star Builder Status

Cobb Hill Construction joined ENERGY STAR as a partner, and made a commitment to building 100% of our homes to ENERGY STAR performance guidelines.

Energy Star recently acknowledge that Cobb Hill has met the requirements to be officially recognized as a '100% builder' based on the number of ENERGY STAR qualified homes that CHC has built.

A 100% Commitment icon now displays next to Cobb Hill's name on the New Home Partner Locator (www.energystar.gov/homes). Cobb Hill will soon receive a plaque from ENERGY STAR in recognition of making this special commitment. Cobb Hill is proud of our commitment to building 100% of our homes qualified earn the ENERGY STAR.
