The owners of this quaint Lake Ossipee’s Berry Bay cottage asked Cobb Hill to build them a comfortable screen porch to extend their season and give them a “bug-free” place to enjoy their lake side view.  The porch was carefully designed to take advantage of the existing footprint of the cottage.
