Jerry Kingwill, CGP, President

During his college years, Jerry came to the U.S. from South Africa as an exchange student, beginning his career with Cobb Hill as a carpenter. Today, after years of learning the ins and outs of the construction industry, Jerry has taken over as President of the firm. 

Jerry has completed the year-long “Leadership Greater Concord” program, sponsored by the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, and most recently he completed the Business Management for Building Professionals and the Green Building for Building Professionals certification programs. 
Board Positions: Main Street Concord, Associated Builders and Contractors, (ABC NH/VT) Canterbury Shaker Village, and ABC Self Insured Group.

Cobb Hill projects have received numerous NH Builders & Remodelers awards, NH Preservation Alliance awards, an Award of Excellence in 1998, 2000, and 2001, as well as the President’s Award for 2001 from the Associated Builders and Contractors, and was named by Remodeler Magazine to the 1999 “Big 50”. It was also the recipient of the 2002 NH Construction Industry Ethics Award and the 2011 New Hampshire Business Review's Excellence in Construction Award.

Peter Johnson, CGP, Sales/Estimating

Peter began at Cobb Hill in 2000, bringing nearly 20 years of experience with him. He graduated from New Hampshire Technical Institute with a concentration in Architectural Engineering and is a member of the Association of Builders and Contractors NH/VT and the New Hampshire Home Builders Association.

In 2008, Peter was selected to participate in the New Hampshire Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors’ (ABC) Future Leaders in Construction program. The program was developed to enhance leadership skills and knowledge of high-potential construction professionals. ABC states that the program identifies “the emerging leaders of ABC Member firms and the construction industry.”
 

Steve Atherton, Estimator

Steve has been with Cobb Hill Construction since 2001. Originally from California, he has nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He has received extensive OSHA training, and has completed various Associated Builders & Contractors - Construction Supervision certificate programs.

Tim Drew, CGP, Project Manager

Tim Drew has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Having joined Cobb Hill in 1995, Tim has become a valued member of the firm, having completed various Associated Builders & Contractors - Construction Supervision certificate programs and attending several National Association of Home Builders & Remodelers program seminars.

 



 
Claude Dupuis, Project Manager  

Claude has been with Cobb Hill since 1995, and holds nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been an instructor for ABC NCCER and has received extensive OSHA training. Claude’s focus is in commercial construction.

Robert Couch, Director of Technology & Marketing

Bob has been with Cobb Hill since 2007 and has over 36 years of technology experience and 15 years of marketing experience.  Bob also has many years of experience managing process improvement and quality improvement projects.

Angelyn Borden, Controller/Office Manager

Angie brings over 22 years of Banking/ Financial experience to Cobb Hill.  Her vast experience has helped streamline Cobb Hill's front office and to constantly improve the workflow.
