Cobb Hill provided extensive interior and exterior renovations to this 5,900 sq/ft home in Manchesters North End.

 

This project was designed to create a beautiful and distinguished home for entertaining friends and family. Elaborate interior finishes include custom oak trim and new oak plank floors with decorative pegs. An existing sunroom was removed and replaced with a larger sunroom, 3 -car garage, and a new kitchen. Custom-built cabinets and commercial grade appliances enhance the large, open kitchen.

A master suite was built over the garage and kitchen area complete with large walk-in cedar closets and a large storage closet fitted with floor to ceiling custom-built cabinetry. The mast bath features similar cabinetry, marble tile in the shower, and a river stone floor. Both the Master Suite and new kitchen feature beautiful coffered ceilings with fluted columns.
