Cobb Hill is pleased to announce that construction has commenced on a renovation and addition for the dental office of Dr. Thomas Moon, DDS located in Rochester, New Hampshire. This office renovation is a 17 week project, scheduled for completion March 19, 2010.

Cobb Hill Wins Contract for NH Weatherization Training
Cobb Hill Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce they have won a contract through the State of New Hampshire Office of Energy and Planning and the County Community Action (CAP) Programs to administer weatherization installation training. Training began in June and will be completed by the end of August. A portion of the federal stimulus package that was allotted to the State has been earmarked for this training.

Camp Spaulding Pavilion Project Update
Cobb Hill Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce its progress in the Child and Family Services Camp Spaulding Pavilion project. Cobb Hill is constructing an 80 x 40 square foot steel open-air pavilion that will provide shelter and cater to this year’s incoming campers. The erection of the generous sized pavilion is progressing on schedule and the team is projecting an early summer completion date of June 1st, 2009.

CONCORD, N.H. – A successful safety and health partnership with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration, (OSHA) significantly reduced injuries among the 21 contractors and 250 employees who worked on the now completed Capitol Commons construction project in Concord. The project involved the construction of an eight-story building and five-level parking garage.
