Cobb Hill has begun construction on 20 townhouse style units for CATCH at Bow Highlands in Bow NH. This hillside development has spectacular views looking east with more views looking north and south.  Each of these units will be built to Energy Star standars and certified by Energy Star as meeting those standards.  (see Concord Monitor Story here)

The units are divided into blocks of 6 and 8. Each one will consist of a living/dining room, kitchen and a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. The master bedrooms will feature cathedral ceilings.

All units will have porches at the rear off the kitchen and walkout basements. The kitchen will include a full view door to the porch letting in natural light.

Basements will include plumbing rough for future 1/2 bath and a double full lite walkout door.
Interior features include wall to wall carpeting in the living/dining area, vinyl tile in the kitchen, sheet vinyl in the bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms. The exterior will be maintenance free with vinyl windows and a colorful selection of vinyl siding giving each condo its own identity.
