Cobb Hill is very pleased to have been selected for this year’s campus remodels. On the East Side campus, we renovated and added laundry bump-outs to two units. Rooms received updated windows to comply with current egress regulations. 

Bathrooms and kitchens were updated as well and all new finishes were installed. New bump-out additions have provided space for a new washer and dryer hookup. 

In the Lodge, we are in the process of finishing up taking four units and merging them into two larger one bedroom units, which have become in great demand. These units have a new kitchenette, larger living room, spacious bedroom, fully renovated bathroom with roll-in shower and a new walk-in closet. One of the new units has a new second door that opens up onto a small deck that was added.

Other changes included new bedroom windows to meet more stringent egress codes and an air conditioner in each room.
