Havenwood-Heritage Heights has added another great project to our list for this summer. We have taken a one bedroom unit on Cedar Lane and opened it up to become a new social gathering place.

Currently titled “Cedar Lane”, this new social gathering place will feature lounge style seating in one area with an upscale quartz counter with stools in another area. A coffered ceiling is being created to give the room a “pub-like” feeling. As part of the project, Cobb Hill has opened up the Main Street wall to house three good sized windows. New recessed lighting, wall sconces and stylish pendant lighting over the counter area will create a warm feel. The floor will be carpeted with a warm colored durable carpet.
