This community development home had a very nice screened in porch but the owner wanted to extend the use of the space to 3 seasons.  Cobb Hill went to work and raised the floor to the same height as the main floor in the home and added new efficient casement windows to keep out the weather cold.  Additional beadboard trim and painting is being finished to complete the look.

The owner plans a small eating area, sofa and easy chair perfect for reading in the early morning sunshine.
