Cobb Hill has completed construction of a 5 bedroom, 5 bath 4200 sf home in Campton NH.  This new vacation home boasts expansive views.  The gable end wall of this home has a giant wall of windows to take in those views from just about anywhere in the house.

This Cobb Hill designed Energy Star home has been built using state of the art construction techniques and has 3 gas fireplaces for an extra warm feel.  The large cherry kitchen features a large island with all granite counter tops.  State of the art appliances including an induction cooktop and twin Bosh dishwashers and beverage center have all been installed. 

The main floor of the home features all cherry hardwood trim with solid red oak hardwood flooring, while the master suite bathroom has custom tile finishes.  The lower level is fully finished as well with a game room that includes a full wet bar, wide screen TV and full size pool table. 

The mud room has been designed to include custom cabinetry to keep the clutter to a minimum, which is a common problem in these areas.
