Cobb Hill has completed a very unique renovation to a 2,000 sqft unfinished walkout basement.
The new basement features an 18’ by 23’ hockey rink with boards and glass that can even be used with ice skates. The especial EZ Glide 350 (tm) flooring surface is made to skate on just like real ice.  Made by Ice Rink Engineering and Manufacturing, LLC., A Division of Multiplex Systems, Inc.  It simply snaps together and is made to skate on with regular ice skates.

There is also a workout gym with rubber floor and glass walls, a private office, living area with kitchenette lined with custom cherry cabinetry and plenty of play area for the kids. There is even a full bath with custom tile and glass enclosure.  Every guys dream basement for sure!
