Cobb Hill Honored with Excellence in Construction Award
COBB HILL CONSTRUCTION HONORED FOR HAVENWOOD- HERITAGE HEIGHTS "MAIN STREET" PROJECT

(CONCORD, NH) - Cobb Hill Construction is proud to announce that they have been honored with the Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Award for their Havenwood-Heritage Heights "Main Street" project. The award was presented at the Capitol Center for the Arts on October 25, 2007.

Havenwood-Heritage Heights is New Hampshire's largest continuing care retirement facility. In six months, Cobb Hill Construction renovated a quiet, residential corridor of the facility's Concord location into what is now called "Main Street" by turning vacant rooms into store fronts that include a cafe, boutique and even an ice cream parlor.

Representatives from Associated Builders and Contractors state, "ABC's Awards of Excellence Program has become the premier competition within the construction industry that recognizes outstanding construction projects across the nation."

"We are proud of the work we achieved on the Havenwood-Heritage Heights "Main Street" project, and are pleased to receive such a prestigious award," states Jerry Kingwill, Principal of Cobb Hill Construction, Inc.
