Since our origins as a residential construction company,

skills among our employees and a belief that the customer must be

working with an architect or directly through us in a design-build
format, our company is committed to making the process a positive
one by being responsive to your needs and working with you to help
you realize your goals.
Online
Information:
We now offer the service of a secure online database which contains
all pertinent information about each client's project. You can monitor
your project from anywhere, assuring that it is on time, on budget,
and in compliance with all permits. We also continue to employ e-mail,
faxes, and phone calls to communicate pertinent information, updates,
and in-progress photos of your project, as well as hold regularly
scheduled project meetings.
Getting
Started. We begin by discussing your needs and vision for
your new project. We listen carefully to your ideas and explore
possible options within budget considerations. We’ll share
with you a bit about us and give you some perspective on how we
work. In the end we both have a working idea of your goals, budget,
and time line.
Project Development.
Among the services we provide during project development:
- Produce conceptual
drawings.
- Work with local building
officials to verify code compliant documents.
- Assist with any planning
or zoning approvals if necessary.
- Work with you and
your lender to provide information necessary to obtain financial
assistance.
- Finalize plans and
draft a scope of work (project description).

of materials & labor, time requirements, etc.

All of our projects are covered by a one-year written warranty.
At the completion of your project we will deliver to you a binder,
known as an “As Built” document, which contains pertinent
information on your building such as product information, a listing
of subcontractors who performed services, warranty information,
occupancy permit, and as-built drawings.
