Tom
Avallone, President & CEO
An interest and background in the construction industry motivated
Tom’s creation and development of Cobb Hill after careers
in Education, Social Services and in the Business Community. Known
throughout the business community for his high standards of excellence
and business ethics, he is an inspiration to the people who work
with him. Tom was named by Business NH Magazine to their “New
Hampshire Leaders For the 21st Century” list in the Real Estate
& Construction category, and was the recipient of the 2002 NH
Construction Industry Ethics Award. He was also recently honored
with the 2003 Laconia Savings Bank Community Service Award.
In his spare time, he
enjoys spending time with his family, tennis, and reading.

Jerry
Kingwill, VP of Operations
Jerry came to the U.S. from South Africa during college as an
exchange student and began working for Cobb Hill as a carpenter.
Today, as Vice President, Jerry is responsible for the smooth
flow of construction activities among the estimating, accounting
and operations departments, and participates in corporate policy
and procedure development as well. Jerry also serves as our
in-house information systems and technology guru. He recently
completed the year-long “Leadership Greater Concord”
program, sponsored by the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.
Jerry enjoys tennis and attending his son’s hockey games. |
