Cobb Hill Wins National Safety Award

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) awardedCobb Hill with the 2014 Single Family Builder Safety Program of the Year in the 11 to 100 home starts category during the annual SAFE awards dinner. The event took place during the 2015 International Builders Show in Las Vegas on January 22, 2015.

Named the Number One General Contractor in the Concord Area

Cobb Hill Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce that they have recently been named the Number One General Contractor in the Concord area.  The Capital Area People's Preference (CAPPIE) awards are a result of an exhaustive nomination and voting process conducted this past spring by thousands of Concord Monitor and Concord Insider readers.

Jerry Kingwill & Bob Couch Receive Main Street Volunteer Awards

On March 10th 2010, both Jerry Kingwill & Bob Couch were presented with Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Awards along with volunteer Gena Cohen Moses at Main Street Concord's annual meeting for their work installing the new banners and pendents along Main Street in the early morning hours.

Cobb Hill Receives 3 Gold Cornerstone Awards

Cobb Hill Construction, Inc. is honored to announce that they have received Three Gold 2008 Cornerstone Awards presented by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hampshire (HBRANH). The 2008 Cornerstone Awards, Recognizing Excellence in the Building Industry, were presented on May 14, 2008 at the Radisson/Center of New Hampshire in Manchester.

Cobb Hill Honored with Excellence In Construction Award

Cobb Hill Construction is proud to announce that they have been honored with the Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Award for their Havenwood-Heritage Heights "Main Street" project. The award was presented at the Capitol Center for the Arts on October 25, 2007.

Havenwood-Heritage Heights is New Hampshire's largest continuing care retirement facility. In six months, Cobb Hill Construction renovated a quiet, residential corridor of the facility's Concord location into what is now called "Main Street" by turning vacant rooms into store fronts that include a cafe, boutique and even an ice cream parlor.

Cobb Hill Wins Award of Excellence

Cobb Hill has won an Award of Excellence for the Canterbury Municipal Complex project in the
"Institutional/Public Under $2 Million" category at the ABC Construction Awards.

The project included a new library and municipal building that houses the police, fire and highway departments. 

Cobb Hill Honored by Award of Excellence

Cobb Hill Honored by an Award of Excellence for the Historic Restoration work performed at the Capitol Center for the Arts, on Main Street, in Concord, from the Associated Builders & Contractors of NH/VT.

The project was also named "Best Preservation Success Story" by Main Street Concord, in March, 2004, and received a 2005 Excellence in Architecture Merit Award from AIANH.

Cobb Hill Receives 2003 Preservation Achievement Award for outstanding rehabilitation and adaptive reuse, 
from the NH Preservation Alliance, and a 2003 Award of Merit for Historic Restoration from the
Associated Builders & Contractors of NH/VT (ABC NH/VT) for their
Town of Boscawen Town Offices and Police Station project.
