Capital Commons

Work on the Capital Commons building was completed in July 2008. The building is an 8 story, 102,000 sf mixed use building that also includes an attached 510 space municipal parking garage, two public plazas, and several streetscape improvements. See more by clicking above.

Havenwood Heritage Heights

Cobb Hill Construction is pleased to announce the completion of a significant redevelopment project for the Havenwood-Heritage Heights retirement community on East Side Drive in Concord. CHC update mode than 54,978 square feet of new construction.

Centennial Inn

This project was the adaptive reuse and historic restoration of a long term care facility into a 32 room luxury hotel and conference center, including a 57 seat restaurant. For Cobb Hill's work on this building, we were honored to receive an"Inherit New Hampshire" award.

The Bridges house

The New Hampshire Governor's Mansion, known as "Bridges House", is the official residence of the Governor of New Hampshire and the governor's family. The Bridges House, located in Concord, has served as the governor's official residence since 1969.

Canterbury Complex

The project was part of this small town’s multi-phased effort to reorganize its public facilities for the coming decades. Our responsibilities included the police, fire, and highway departments, library and old town hall on two sites in the central historic district.

Merrimack County Savings Bank

Merrimack County Savings Bank contracted with Cobb Hill to renovate the first floor space of the old New Hampshire Savings Bank located adjacent to the bank at 97 North Main Street. Cobb Hill cut through over two feet of concrete and brick to create a new hallway between the two buildings.

Bedford Village Inn

Cobb Hill was selected to lead a major renovation project at the historic Bedford Village Inn. The structure, which was originally built in 1810, has undergone several multi-million dollar renovations over the years to help shape the Inn into the distinguished establishment it is today.

Capitol center for the arts

An award winning project, the Capitol Center for the Arts underwent a significant transformation lead by Cobb Hill Construction. The renovation and remodel of Concord's historic theater featured the creation of a three-story, glass-enclosed stairway and atrium.

Clock Tower

A 650 pound 1800's clock and a 2,032 pound solid steel 1800's bell, both recovered and returned to Concord via the determination of many in Concord, are now set behind glass for all to enjoy, in a Clock Tower placed in the front of Eagle Square on Main Street.

The Barley House

Cobb Hill was selected to lead a renovation project for The Barley House - Seacoast, a 2nd location for the restaurant on Lafayette Road in North Hampton, NH. Renovation included a revised floor and bar layout, new cabinetry and equipment at the bar areas, and more.

Proquip Equipment

Cobb Hill was contracted for the design and construction of a new 6,500 square foot facility to house an equipment rental business for ProQuip Rental & Sales. The project include designing a steel framed building with an energy efficient roof and exterior.

Pope Memorial SPCA

Construction has completed on the new home for the Concord-Merrimack SPCA.  The new facility, located at 94 Silk Farm Rd, will be a modern 8,000sf building with an additional 573sf of fenced in area attached. The building features separate dog and cat isolation areas.

Endicott Hotel 

Cobb Hill has completed complex construction on the CATCH Neighborhood Housing project. The 1890s-ear Endicott Hotel located at the corner of South Main and Pleasant Street underwent a major renovation to make way for new downtown living space.

Plymouth Enterprise

Cobb Hill Construction was selected through a competitive review process to design and build a new economic Enterprise Center in downtown Plymouth for the Grafton County Economic Development Council. Final plan was approved and construction was underway shortly thereafter.


The Friendly Kitchen

Cobb Hill broke ground on July 12th 2012 and completed the project $100,000 under budge. Designed by Warrenstreet Architects, the new Friendly Kitchen building is about 5800 square feet. The new Kitchen will feed up to 120 people, and will provide both indoor and outdoor seating.

239 Loudon Road

Cobb Hill Construction Inc., of Concord, NH, managed construction of the revitalization of retail space on Loudon Road in Concord. The new 7800 square foot building, made up of three retail units, is a new steel structure with a modern facade built on the existing building’s footprint. Additionally, a new parking lot and walkway were added around the building.
