Cobb Hill has completed complex construction on the CATCH Neighborhood Housing project in Concord, New Hampshire. The 1890s-era Endicott Hotel located at the corner of South Main and Pleasant Street underwent a major renovation to make way for new downtown living space.

The goal was to bring market-rate apartments into the downtown area. The 36 apartments on the second, third and fourth floors of the historic Endicott building are set to become 25 one, two, and three-bedroom units with rents ranging from $975 to $1,350 a month, heat and hot water included. Two vacant retail spaces on the ground floor were also renovated to make way for Live Juice and Northeast Credit Union.

This project was awarded the 2014 ABC NH/VT's Excellence Award and the Chairman's Award (the "Best of the Best" Award)
