Cobb Hill Construction is pleased to announce that work has been completed on two dental office projects, a renovation for the dental office of Dr. Tracey Pike at Deerfield Family Dental and the new Lincoln Pediatrics Dentistry office in Lincoln NH, an expansion of the Concord Pediatric Dental practice.
The project for Dr. Tracey Pike on Cotton Road in Deerfield was an expansion of her existing two operatory dental office attached to a residence. The project included opening up a new doorway between the residence and the existing office, relocating the current kitchen, and adding a new operatory and consult room where the kitchen had been.
New dental equipment and cabinetry was installed in the new operatory. Some minor framing of walls were accomplished, adding a new door, trim and new flooring completed the new space. The kitchen’s cabinetry was be reused and configured in a similar way in the new location.
The new Lincoln Pediatrics Dentistry office in Lincoln was a 16-week renovation project to a former 3,000 square foot retail space at the Village Shops. The new office includes six operatories, with three hygiene suits, a large check-in and waiting area, consult room, a business office, laboratory and sterilization center. Carpet was installed in the waiting and office areas, while vinyl plank flooring was used in the treatment areas. The existing large beam ceilings were left in place to keep the industrial old mill look and these features and large ductwork were painted bright colors to maintain the corporate theme from the main office in Concord.
“Our teams worked very diligently to complete these projects for their scheduled openings,” said Jerry Kingwill, president of Cobb Hill Construction. “We are extremely pleased with the results and our performance on both projects.”
