The Concord Fire Department recently completed training on a building we will be removing and reconstructing. The 239 Loudon Road location provided a great space for the Fire Fighters to simulate a fire rescue before our team goes in to demo the building. Not only did this demo provide a great opportunity for the CFD to complete some hands on training, but it allowed us to get out into the community, which is something we take pride in here at Cobb Hill Construction.
Cobb Hill Construction is excited to announce that we have begun a new commercial addition project in Concord for the Salvation Army.
Cobb Hill began by preparing the site for the new 2 story addition which will primarily be utilized for additional housing. At the first floor walk out we'll add a total of 32 bed spaces (16 bunks), along with a mens bathroom, women's bathroom, and handicap accessible bathroom, all with showers. Cobb Hill will also finish the basement level adding a mechanical room, storage area, and large conference room.
2016 will mark Cobb Hill Constructions 5th year of supporting the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth. For the last five years we've have been honored to participate in this tasty, great cause put on by our friends and clients at The Barley House.
Each year we are given a burger, and encourage the community to eat as many as possible. Each burger purchased raises more and more money for CHaD.

With only a few weeks before school opened, Cobb Hill was contracted to renovate the main entrance and lobby area of Hyde Hall at Plymouth State University. The very tight schedule included removing old flooring down to the concrete surface, resurfacing that concrete and applying a special epoxy finish.
The Cobb Hill sponsored 16 and under traveling baseball team is having a terrific year. The Cannons entered three tournaments and have finished #1 in all three. The first one was in Conn. The next was at Franklin Pierce College.
This past weekend we were in Long Island, New York. Out of 26 teams they went undefeated.
Cobb Hill Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce that they have awarded scholarships to three recipients for their annual scholarship program. The selected seniors from Merrimack Valley, Concord High and Bow High Schools, each received a $500 scholarship.

Cobb Hill Construction is pleased to announce that work on Jeff Bauman’s family home in Concord has been completed. What originally started as an idea to add a wheelchair ramp expanded to include a new ADA accessible bedroom, bathroom, and relocated kitchen. Over 100 businesses, volunteers, and community members across New Hampshire and Massachusetts joined forces and provided products, materials, labor, and cash donations to make this project a success.
(Concord, NH) – Months after the tragic Boston Bombing, Jeff Bauman is still overcoming many obstacles, including returning home to be with his family. One of the biggest challenges of the move is updating Jeff’s parents’ home to make it ADA accessible. Local businesses and community members across New Hampshire and Massachusetts are joining forces and asking for public support to make this project a success.
The Concord-Merrimack County SPCA held it's ground breaking ceremony on Saturday July 19th. A large turnout of board members, volunteers, friends and yes, several K9 friends met on the new site at noon for the ceremony.
