Concord Cannons

The Cobb Hill sponsored 16 and under traveling baseball team is having a terrific year.  The Cannons entered three tournaments and have finished #1 in all three. The first one was in Conn. The next was at Franklin Pierce College. 

This past weekend we were in Long Island, New York. Out of 26 teams they went undefeated.

Jeff Bauman’s family home in Concord is complete

Cobb Hill Construction is pleased to announce that work on Jeff Bauman’s family home in Concord has been completed. What originally started as an idea to add a wheelchair ramp expanded to include a new ADA accessible bedroom, bathroom, and relocated kitchen. Over 100 businesses, volunteers, and community members across New Hampshire and Massachusetts joined forces and provided products, materials, labor, and cash donations to make this project a success. 

Cobb Hill Completes ProQuip

Cobb Hill Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed construction on ProQuip Rental & Sales new 6,200 square foot facility on Dover Road in Chichester, NH.

The new building utilizes a Rigid® steel frame with a wood exterior and the latest in energy-efficient construction technology including special foam-sandwiched roof panels that provide a high-level of thermal resistance and improved air-flow. In addition to the main showroom and storage areas of the facility, the building includes a comfortable and functional office area.

Work Begins at Havenwood Redevelopment Project

Cobb Hill Construction is pleased to announce that it has begun work on a significant redevelopment project for the Havenwood-Heritage Heights retirement community on East Side Drive in Concord. The project work began in early September 2013. The extensive redevelopment is designed to update more than 54,978 square feet of new construction while demolishing 4,658 square feet of existing older cottages in order to provide more living space, carports and a style that is more in keeping with the lifestyles of today’s retirees.
