Peter Johnson, CGP, Operations Manager

Pete has been with Cobb Hill over 20 years, starting as a framing Supervisor to being named Operations Manager in 2014. In that capacity, Pete is vital in project execution by bringing customers, resources, and teams together. Pete leads the Project team with the pre-planning process, which involves establishing schedules and setting objectives. Pete oversees contract management and effectively identifies and mitigates risks by continuously utilizing strategies to improve current management practices.

 

Pete’s primary responsibility is to ensure the success of each project by working with the Project Managers to achieve efficient allocation of resources, and to complete each job on schedule and within budget. Other duties include maintaining open communications among senior management, administrative staff, safety compliance and on-site personnel to maintain continuity with job schedules.
