modern design · relocated house · 8000 SQFT

Construction has completed on the new home for the Concord-Merrimack SPCA.  The new facility, located at 94 Silk Farm Rd, will be a modern 8,000sf building with an additional 573sf of fenced in area attached.

The existing house was moved to the far side of the site and set on a new foundation. This will be used for additional office space.  The driveway entrance has been moved from Clinton Street to the Silk Farm Road side.

The building, designed by Warrenstreet Architects, features separate dog and cat isolation areas, adoption areas, exam and treatment rooms, as well as a grooming and laundry area.  A Multi-Purpose Education room as well as ample office space top out the floor plan.
