The new residential home is nestled in a secluded country setting adjacent to extensive Audubon lands in Auburn, New Hampshire.

This 6500 sq/ft home features multiple mahogany decks, a recreation/weight room, a work area, a walk-in wine cellar, a custom "dog room", and is distinguished by a "viewing tower" which separates the amin house from the 3 bedroom, 2 bath room guest house and heated garage. The exterior of the home features cedar shingles and clapboard siding as well as a stone facade that blends into a historic stone wall that cuts through the property. 

The grand entry is highlighted by a custom cherry raised-panel door. Custom Marvin windows were installed throughout. The home is heated by a combination of in-floor radiant heating and forced hot water. A dehumidifier system accompanies the design. For full details, please see the available project sheet.
