Estimator

FULL-TIME

  • Prepare detailed profitable cost estimates

  • Manage the RFP process and prepare bid packages with the help of an assistant in the Design/Build and Bid format.

  • Estimate and develop scope of work and written proposals working with the sales and design team.

  • Procure subcontractor and vendor pricing and services

  • Develop project schedules

  • Attend startup and closeout meetings

Tools Attendant

FULL-TIME

  • Performs various routine duties pertaining to tools, and equipment.

  • Issues and controls all support tools, equipment and materials.

  • Performs tasks with minimum supervision.

  • Issues, inventories, and controls all tools, and equipment

  • Stores, issues and controls hazardous materials.

  • Performs user maintenance on assigned equipment.

  • Receives, maintains, and issues hand tools, technical orders, bench stock, and equipment.

  • Inspecting tools and controls replacement tools, and maintains tool inventories.

  • General building maintenance

Site Superintendent

FULL-TIME

  • Responsible for onsite safety management for a safe work environment (including safety reporting both verbal and written) and adhere to company & OSHA requirements. Investigate and report accidents, delays at site to ensure proper procedures are implements. (There is a full time safety officer on staff)

  • Coordinate on time deliveries of project materials and equipment

  • Communicate, manage and control subcontractors

  • Work directly with project Manager

  • Complete field reports

  • Plan, organize and direct punch list activities

  • Attends client meetings and internal monthly/ quarterly management and safety meetings

  • Assures high level of quality and customer service- responsible for protecting clients property

  • Capable of problem solving, decision making and recognizing project positive outcome as well as failure analysis
