Cobb Hill was selected to lead this full renovation project for The Barley House - Seacoast, a 2nd location for the restaurant on Lafayette Road in North Hampton, NH. Previously, the building Barley House chose for their new location was home to a popular chain restaurant.

Cobb Hill worked with Barley House to recreate the same aesthetic seen in their Concord location, and adapt it to this new, much different, restaurant space. The renovation is highlighted by some unique features in keeping with the Barley House brand, included a faux whiskey barrel wall with hand-burned custom logo located on the end wall of the restaurant. Additional features include a revised floor plan and bar layout, new cabinets and equipment at the bar areas. New flooring was added throughout he dining spaces, electrical and data wiring, and a new light packages were also installed. Cobb Hill also provided full trim throughout the building and an exterior eating area.
