From pre-design, site planning, construction, and interior design, our on-staff team works directly with you from start to finish.

Phase One
RESEARCH
PRE-DESIGN
Each project starts in our pre-design phase. This is where we establish the foundation of your project by defining purpose, scope, cost, and timeline to the completion. We want to learn everything there is to create the space and goals you've envisioned for your project, and we'll start shaping how we can bring it to life.
Phase Two
PRICING & PLANNING
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
In this phase, we begin the process of translating our pre-design planning into your project design. We dive deeper into to the design elements that will define your project.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In design development, we're ready to fully complete the exterior and interior design of the project. Dimensions, spacial planning, and unique design elements will be completed.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Now that we've worked to define the design direction for your project, our talented team of construction professionals translates your vision into a detailed set of building documents.
BUILDING PERMITS
The last step in Phase 2, building permits are a critical piece to beginning your project. We'll work with all necessary 3rd parties regarding land use, compliance, historical districts, and more.
Phase Three
CONSTRUCTION
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
In phase three we've reached construction. A well-planned strategy has been developed, your site is ready, and construction has begun. Throughout the project our role is to advise and manage all aspects of the build. We provide regular updates, proactive monitoring to avoid and manage changes, and design guidance to complete the your vision for a move-in-ready space.
