Cobb Hill was contracted by Dr. Anthony Storace to convert empty retail space into a new large upscale dental facility called The Maplewood Dental Group.

The extensive project used the 10,000sf two floors of space to create a new dental office with 12 dental operatories, upscale reception and waiting area with additional rental office space on the 2nd floor. The new office includes a new elevator, a new stairway, all new AC/heating system, water feature and a fireplace. Finishes included all maple trim and crown moldings, faux paint and fabric wall coverings.
