Cobb Hill is pleased to announce that they have been honored by the Associated Builders and Contractors of NH/VT (ABC NH/VT) with an Excellence in Construction Award in the Commercial Under $2 million category. The award was presented at the Annual Excellence in Construction Awards Banquet held at the Capitol Center for the Arts, October 28, 2010.
Cobb Hill received the Excellence Awards for their work on the Maplewood Dental Group, located in Nashua New Hampshire. The practice owner, Dr. Anthony Storace, DMD contracted with Cobb Hill to conduct a complete overhaul of a newly purchased office space to outfit their new luxurious dental facility.
The existing 10,000 square foot space was ideal for the development of 12 private dental operatories, a welcoming and comfortable reception area and waiting room. This upscale facility was designed to offer patients all the comforts of home, complete with a large stone fireplace and custom water feature intended to relax and keep patients at ease prior to their appointments.
According to ABC NH/VT, the Excellence in Construction awards provide an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of member contractors throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. There are entry categories specific to all trades so the competition is focused and equal.
