Cobb Hill Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce they have been nominated to win a Building of America Award, of both regional and national merit, for their construction of the new Maplewood Dental Group’s office located in Nashua, New Hampshire.
The project will be featured in the upcoming Real Estate & Construction Review New England Healthcare Edition. The publication is highly utilized by State, County, and City Economic Development groups to highlight the vitality of their respected communities. Dr. Anthony Storace of Maplewood Dental Group contacted Cobb Hill Construction to conduct a complete overhaul of a newly purchased office space to outfit their new luxurious dental facility. The existing 10,000 square foot space was ideal for the development of 12 private dental operatories, a welcoming and comfortable reception area, and waiting room. This upscale facility was designed to offer patients all the comforts of home, complete with a large stone fireplace and custom water feature intended to relax and keep patients at ease prior to their appointment.
Cobb Hill also assisted in expanding the interior space to include an elevator and a new stairway leading to additional office space on the 2nd floor. Additional custom finishes include custom cabinetry in the reception check-in and check-out areas, maple trim and crown moldings, faux paint, and fabric wall coverings.
