Pete Johnson Promoted to Ops Manager

Cobb Hill Construction is pleased to announce that Pete Johnson has been promoted to Operations Manager for the company. Pete started with the company in July of 2000 and since then has held several positions, most recently as a project manager, where he was responsible for a $13M project at Havenwood-Heritage Heights.


Pete was a member of the Leadership Greater Concord class of 2012 and also received a Vocational Excellence Award in 2013. Pete recently represented Cobb Hill at the National Association of Homebuilders conference in Las Vegas where he accepted the 2014 “Single Family Builder Safety Program of the Year” Award.


As Operations Manager, Pete will have responsibility for the oversight of our project management, estimating, design/CAD team as well as project admin support and scheduling.


Peter lives in Bow with his wife Regina and son Cole. Peter has been very involved in youth sports in Bow for several years as a baseball coach. Currently, Pete is coaching the Bow Babe Ruth Baseball team for 14/15 year olds, sponsored by Cobb Hill Construction.
